- “Climate” capacity building and governance for the understanding, implementation and supervision of the NDCs;
- Capacity building to national authorities on Paris Agreement implementation;
- Enhance understanding and governance about the Paris Agreement and its implementation.

- Mission to Mauritius and Madagascar October 2017
- Capacity building plan for Union of the Comoros
